Indo Scots Global School
Founder

Dr. Ajay Srivastava

We founded Indo Scots Global School with a clear belief — that education must prepare children for the world they are going to enter, not the world we grew up in. We have always believed that building a school is not just about infrastructure but about vision — a vision that endures.

A school must be more than a place that delivers a syllabus. It must shape character and confidence. The environment in which a child learns influences how they see themselves and the world around them.

For me, education has always been about what happens inside the classroom — the daily interactions, the happy learning atmosphere, the confidence a child builds over time. Vision defines direction; it’s consistent academic practice that defines a school’s true identity.

My goal at Indo Scots has been centered around shaping the academic core — designing structured curricula, strengthening teaching methodologies, and ensuring that learning remains meaningful and engaging at every stage of a child’s journey.

Founder & Visionary

Dr. Ajay Srivastava

The world today is changing at an unprecedented pace. Geopolitical dynamics are shifting rapidly, industries are evolving, and innovation and technological advancements are redefining how we live and work. As educators, we cannot remain static. As a school, we must remain aware of these changes and continuously evolve our delivery systems to remain relevant and responsive.

Over time, we have seen education reduced to marks and examinations. While academic excellence matters, it cannot be the only measure of growth. True education must build problem-solving skills, adaptability, communication skills, ethical grounding, curiosity, and independent thought.

We believe skill education should begin early. At Indo Scots, we focus on a balanced ecosystem — strong infrastructure, structured academics, skill-based learning, and the responsible integration of technology such as Artificial Intelligence to prepare students for real-world challenges.

Every initiative we undertake is guided by one question: Are we truly preparing our students for their future? Indo Scots stands strong in foundation, progressive in outlook, and rooted in purpose — building not just students, but confident, compassionate, capable human beings.

I strongly believe that education must be balanced. Academic rigor is important, but so is emotional development. Discipline matters, but so does encouragement. A child must feel challenged, yet supported. This balance is what transforms learning from a process into a lifelong foundation.

My focus has always been on building strong systems — clear academic planning, teacher training, assessment frameworks, and smooth operational structures. A school functions effectively when its academic and administrative processes are aligned and consistent.

I also believe that values are as important as knowledge. Education should not only prepare students for careers, but also for life. Character, responsibility, respect, and integrity must be nurtured consciously within the school environment — these cannot be afterthoughts.

Teachers are the heart of any school. Investing in teacher development, mentoring, and continuous learning ensures that every classroom delivers not just content, but inspiration. A great teacher changes lives, and at Indo Scots we work hard to nurture great teachers.

At Indo Scots, we ensure that the vision translates into everyday excellence — in classrooms, in teacher development, and in student outcomes. Every child’s growth, both academic and personal, remains at the heart of our work, today and always.
