Our Founder

Dr. Ajay Srivastava is a seasoned educationist whose work has played a key role in shaping quality education across western India. His journey is rooted in discipline, purpose, and a long-term vision for building strong educational institutions.

He believes that student success is driven by the right environment, structured guidance, and capable mentors. Guided by this philosophy, Dr. Srivastava has focused on developing modern learning spaces and robust teacher-mentorship systems that ensure consistent academic standards and lasting impact.

Co-Founder & Director

Nidhi Srivastava brings a strong blend of academic expertise and strategic leadership to the institution. With an MBA in Finance, a Bachelor’s in Education (B.Ed.), and advanced leadership certifications from IIM Ahmedabad and Harvard Business School, she plays a key role in shaping the school’s long-term vision.

Driven by a belief in holistic education, she has led initiatives such as thematic curriculum design, technology integration, and Social Emotional Learning (SEL) programs—creating an inclusive learning environment that nurtures creativity, critical thinking, and real-world skills.
